Delivery Details

Starting a meal prep plan with us is simple and convenient. If you'd like to begin on a Monday, your meals will be ready for collection or delivery on Sunday evening from 6 PM onwards, ensuring you're set for the week ahead. For optimal freshness, we recommend spreading your meals across our three cook dates, allowing you to enjoy meals that are as fresh as possible.

Missed the order deadline for Monday? No problem! Simply send us your order, and we’ll have your meals ready for collection or delivery on Wednesday instead. We’re here to make meal prepping flexible and stress-free for you.
